Cinta Ria Salad Appetizer
This signature salad is a Chinese New Year dish, served traditionally on the seventh day of Chinese New Year or Ren Ri ("Everyman's Birthday"). This salad dish is made of thin slices of vegetable and fruits, crispy rice noodle and tossed with a generous portion of plum sauce and sesame oil to add sweetness and taste.
